We have professional on-site catering facilities and freely prepare and cook everything at the venue. From a simple buffet to a gala dinner we are able to provide you with whatever you need. If you can’t find a menu that is suitable for your dietary needs, or you would like a bespoke menu, please contact us.
We do allow outside caterers aboard (supplement applies). The Tereza Joanne has a full professional kitchen outfitted with state-of-the-art equipment.
A Port Health Authority Assessment form would need to be completed. A copy of product and liability insurance, and a copy of Food Management System (HACCP) would also be required.
We also offer hire of equipment if your caterers do not wish to supply crookery and cutlery.
Your caterers should allow enough time for preparation and cleaning of all equipment used.
