Adrian’s twin brother, (pictures to prove). He also studied at UEL and obtained a degree in business economics and finance. He joined Tereza Joanne in early 2000 and brought with him his managerial skills and positive attitude to open up new opportunities for business. He instigated a kaleidoscope of events working with tour operators, musicians, dance teachers, local businesses and communities. Michael is very charismatic with immense style he can often be found on the dance floor (teaching salsa) or behind the decks. With his can do attitude your event is in very safe hands.

Marian Phillips

Marian Phillips

Originally from North West London Marian studied for a Bachelor of Education at Whitelands Roehampton but went straight into business with her husband Mervyn. The Tereza Joanne was born from their joint endeavor to bring watersports to London’s Eastend. As pioneers in the 80’s they introduced wetbikes and jet skis into the Victoria Dock to the bewildered folk of Canning Town and Silvertown. Relocating to King George V Dock they received a decade of achievement award from LDDC for leisure and recreation also offering bungee jumping and parascending when City Airport was closed. Marian took the helm in 2004 and guided the business into the hospitality market. Licensed for civil ceremonies the vessel has had an impact on thousands of lives throughout its history and continues to flourish.
